1) DELIVERY: For your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various destinations for an additional fee.

2) WASH: The Vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. If the vehicle is brought back unreasonable dirty (determined to be made by our Service Director) you will be charged a cleaning fee accordingly.

3) MILEAGE: Mileage is limited per car, if you go over the allotted miles per the trip you will be charged at a per mile rate.

4) FUELING: The vehicle is provided with a full tank of gas. If not returned with an equal fuel level, a fee will apply.

5) TOLL ROAD CHARGES: All vehicles are setup with a Toll Tag. You can use the tolls, however, please expect to be charged for the tolls you use at the end of the trip.

6) NO SMOKING/ NO PETS: Our cars are smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. A smoking fee will be applied to your reservation if there is any evidence of smoking. Additionally, a pet fee will be charged if any evidence of pet’s hair is found upon return. Please be respectful of this policy.

7) DAMAGES: You will be held responsible for any damage to the interior and/ or Exterior of the vehicle, while in your possession. If your personal insurance does not cover the cost, we will hold you legally and personally responsible for all damages.
